I have a feeling the money will continue to be diluted due to...
...having so many athletic "welfare" cases...those who produce little value, but continue to take cash out of the mouths of the productive programs. That, along with "unequal" conference membership causes disharmony within the conference. As the money continues to erode, the producers will look to greener pastures. As they leave, the contracts will get smaller, and smaller until the conference implodes.
People need to consider that when pushing to add 4 schools with only one adding any television contract value. The ACC is already the largest P5 conference, and the only one filled with small private schools with little to no fan following. The B10 & SEC isn't looking to add any little private schools, and they have the largest television contracts...anyone see a pattern?
